,22 miles awayDue to an unfortunate breakup, I'm having to make the difficult decision to rehome my beautiful French Bulldog. This is through no fault of his own, but due to my current situation, I am unable to care for him alone, as my ex-partner was his primary carer and can no longer keep him.
He can be reactive towards other dogs and people, particularly barking at doorbells and during walks. However, he's been to training classes and has shown improvement. Please note, he can be quite reactive on first meeting new people, but once he feels secure, he is incredibly affectionate. He understands basic commands like sit, stay, down, leave, and come. He is toilet trained and crate trained, comfortable being left alone or during the night.
He would do best in a home with a single person or a couple without children or other pets. The perfect owner would be someone patient, who can continue with his training and give him the time and attention he deserves.
Like a true Frenchie, he's full of energy and loves zoomies and playing with his toys (especially his bone and rope). He's affectionate and loves cuddles on the sofa. As with most Frenchies, he suffers from allergies. Flea and worm treatments are regularly maintained. He is now due his annual booster. He is not neutered. All his belongings are included - blankets, toys, beds, bowls, collar, lead, and even a small crate. Everything you need to make him feel at home right away.
